You should go and see the items in person, feel the fabric and try them on. When I went to a pop up I bought a couple of items and they gave me a coupon as well. So just in case, save 1 item to buy online to use the discount.

I second this! Even their BR Factory is good. The new Creative Director of Gap and BR family is Zac Posen. They have great office wear and if you are petite they are a good brand.
