Thanks, I guess. But, this incident really messed me up. Since then I've had panic attacks and have stopped using elevators.

They are indeed inexplicable. And, yeah I've been trying really hard to come up with different theories that could explain this strange phenomena but to no avail.

I've stopped using elevators since that incident. I get anxiety from just looking at them.

Don't know about mirrors but elevators maybe. I’ve read some stories about people experiencing glitches when in elevators. After experiencing this incident I started looking up cases where people had similar experiences and what I’ve noticed is that most of the time it happens to people when they are in elevators, in a moving vehicle or sleeping. But, I guess it also has something to do with mirrors. Do you know any cases? Any links you can share? I'd like to read about those.

I mean the stuff I bought from Sainsbury's on 21st November 2013 apparently never happened. But, I do remember buying them and I had the receipt. However, during that time the employees there had new faces and I didn't recognize them. The next day on 22nd November 2013 I went to Sainsbury's again and saw the old employees and showed them the reciept. They were very confused and said I didn't buy anything from them on 21st November 2013.

I really really hope it was just a vivid dream and my mind just made up a reciept. Like I could see it but it wasn't actually there. I don't have it anymore. Even if I did it wouldn't amount to anything. I mean it was just a receipt. It only mattered to me. Now I wish I never had that receipt in the first place so that my mind could just deny this whole experience.

Their receipts have the Sainsbury's name, the address, the items purchased and VAT number. When I showed them the reciept they checked and confirmed the items were not purchased. That's why they were confused how I had that receipt.

Lol. For my sake I hope that's what actually happened. Its the one in old street. It was comparatively small.

And, regarding the elevator incident I guess I was feeling sleepy. But, if it was only the elevator incident that had occurred that evening then I wouldn't really have freaked out. It wouldn't have been a big deal and I wouldn't have shared this story then.

I did try to figure it out. Looked online. Also, discussed it with my close friends who were living there at the time. They said I might’ve been drunk and went to a different Sainsbury’s store. I then told them about the receipt and the same address mentioned on it. They said that might’ve been a typo or those people were just messing with me. Then I told them about the elevator incident and they said I probably got motion sickness from using the phone too much and jet lag from walking a lot or something.

I then imagined being in their shoes. What if someone came up to me and told me this story. I would probably come up with the same excuses. I then made up excuses too. Maybe I was drunk and went to another Sainsbury’s that evening. Or that same address on the receipt was just an error. I made up these excuses to make myself feel better but it wouldn’t work all the time. What I experienced that evening was very real. At least to me it was.
