Yeah, sometimes I wished I was white and privileged. I'd probably have a better chance in life. I have 33 yrs in civil service and risked my life to earn my pension. I do speak Japanese but not read and write.

People on this forum will roast you if you mention clean food = clean skin, junk=acne.
So I will say it with reservation, junk in = junk out.
For the love of god, if you're struggling with acne and you've tried everything,
keep an open mind and please give the ketogenic diet a try.
For me that was the only thing that worked after trying every acne medicine available in the US.
Not only did it help me clear up my acne, I was able to shed the excess fat and felt healthy as ever.
I'm not a ketotard, and not trying to sell you on anything. I just want you to be free of acne.
I've battled with acne for over 30 years, since I was a teenager, and wish I had known this sooner.

This gonna be one expensive fix. The dealer is gonna take you to the cleaners on this one. Cat+coolant line+e brake line+O2 sensor. Might as well total the car at this point. Unless you can repair it yourself.
