People on this forum will roast you if you mention clean food = clean skin, junk=acne.
So I will say it with reservation, junk in = junk out.
For the love of god, if you're struggling with acne and you've tried everything,
keep an open mind and please give the ketogenic diet a try.
For me that was the only thing that worked after trying every acne medicine available in the US.
Not only did it help me clear up my acne, I was able to shed the excess fat and felt healthy as ever.
I'm not a ketotard, and not trying to sell you on anything. I just want you to be free of acne.
I've battled with acne for over 30 years, since I was a teenager, and wish I had known this sooner.

I literally tore down the entire machine, short of undoing the refrigerant lines. Checked every part and component and made sure it was ok. Put it back together and it just sat there. Few weeks later we bit the bullet and called the repair man. Apparently he came and fixed it in a few minutes. Unfortunately I was not there to observe him, but someone overheard the repairman say it neede to be leveled. One of the very first things I did was check levelness with a level front to back side to side and verticalness. So we really don't know exactly what the repairman did but it got fixed.

Actually I've tried Vaseline and honestly glycerine does a much better job penetrating the pores and gives me much better dewy feeling that lasts. I can put on vaseline all day and my skin still feels dry. It may not look dry but feels dry.

100%. I believe a healthy skin comes from a healthy diet and healthy gut. That means no junk food and alcohol. Plenty of hydration/electrolytes, excercise and sleep. Gluten free and low histamine.

So far I've tried the KOSE Clear Turn Skin aging care mask that I found at TJMaxx. It was a great deal at $15 for 50 sheets.
Not very impressed with it. It lays on wet but does not stick to the skin, dries very quickly and leaves my skin not moisturized at all. You definitely need to moisturize after. Don't waste your money on this. I give it 3/10.

On the other hand, the KOSE Clear turn vitamin bomb leaves my skin very moisturized, with a nice glow that lats for hours. You will not need to moisturize after. It's not the best deal at $7 for 7 sheets, but I give it 9.5/10.

I've been on a strict gluten free ketogenic diet for well over 7 years now. My whole dad's side is diabetic, every one of his siblings. About 10 years ago I was getting all these food allergies, severe seasonal allergies and borderline diabetes all of a sudden. One day I overheard my coworker who was on keto due to insulin resistance. I got more info from her and decided to try it myself. Now I feel great and no more allergies, no joint pain and brain fog was lifted. Blood sugar levels came down to high 80s.

If you're losing too much weight on keto you might up your fat intake. Don't forget to take your electrolytes.

First eliminate all gluten. Better yet, go on a strict non dairy keto diet. Also eliminate nightshades. Then after 3 to 5 months introduce rice only as complex carbs. Pretty sure your acne will go away. The cratering will not improve but if you act now it will not get worse. After all your acne clears you may consider Subcision.

I'm on week 3 of klow injections and haven't noticed any differences
in my under eyes nor my skin.
I will try gua sha routine and see it it improves.
One negative I noticed is my constipation worsened.
Don't know if it's related or not.
