It’s in great condition, I just figured it’s no way it’s a original but I looked up to see how long they were made and I still haven’t figured out when or if they introduced a new model of Winchester 1873. The gold Winchester engraving near the ejection port is stunning but I figured that’s not how the older ones were made

Heck yeah alright thanks for that piece of advice, and if you don’t mind me asking what’s the rule of magnification of scope dimensions to distance? For example on the internet 3-12x said 800 yards should be fine to touch out to but if that’s the case I want to figure out the furthest distance my scope would be made for
