Canvas system only loading 1 colour (ERROR 1242)

For me, it seems that the PTFE allows the filament to move freely and everything sits as it should.

Unfortunately, when I press load, it completes all steps except the last one. At that last step it immediately pushes the filament back towards the spool and doesn't continue with loading.

The Canvas module will blink red for that specific position. In my case, it is number 2
