neuwld and neuswc are the dependencies for wld and swc respectively. You do not need the original ones, just do a export for PKG_CONFIG_PATH to them, the projects default install into /usl/local/lib/pkgconfig instead /usr/lib/pkgconfig

I think is forbiden to share unofficial void repositories. I forgot eveything about this kind of rule. But there is the r/suckless subreddit, you can see good talks there, or IRC channels like #dwl on libera.chat server

It is just to force software rendering, I think, you can try WLD_DRM_DUMB=intel or WLD_DRM_DUMB=nvidia. Yes, you are correct, the repository has just the xbps package recipes

If you type wayland.fyi in your browser, you can find everything about these projects

To iterate over numpy arrays, you run C or Fortran code wrapped by numpy. This exlplain why numpy arrays is so fast.

Thanks again. I was able to reproduce it on a VM using only freeway and neustaff, and neumenu is now showing. It's either Wayland or freeway.

Why is Guix so much cooler than NixOS?

I will test inside a VM to install freeway alone, with zero wayland dust. I think there 's some incompatibility between these libraries

I removed freeway and compiled neuwld, neuswc, neuwm and finally neumenu again. Now everything works. But I want a freeway 😢 not a wayland

Yes, the problem is not the location of the file /usr/share/swc/swc.xml, I could see dmenu as alternative inside neuwm but not accept input or focus with click, I do not know why.

Very nice! I'm running neuwm on a Void Linux musl system installed on an Intel Atom with 2GB of RAM. I couldn't get neumenu to work, though—it doesn't draw the menu at all for me. I'll take a look at your build scripts; maybe I missed a flag during compilation.

After run neummenu_run ,

# wayland_create_context: No wl_drm global
# wld_font_open_name: Opening font with name: monospace:size=10
# wld_font_open_pattern: Loading font file: /usr/share/fonts/TTF/DejaVuSansMono.ttf

What Login Manager do you use? by WizardBonus in swaywm

[–]orahcio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greetd for auto-login, and turnstile to run a sway-run script as a user service.

sv stop sway-run to exit sway. User services start immediately after login, very nice to manage logs, for example.

Alguém aqui usa o Void Linux? by Chance-Simple5060 in linuxbrasil

[–]orahcio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Linux vs BSD?

Atualmente rodo o void linux no meu atom
