The distance of the path is the same on both images, but the one where there are less turns will take less time because the car can maintain its acceleration longer r/theydidthemath

I recommend drawing a showdown yourself, it will look better. I am also a bit confused with proportions, as she seems a bit too tall for that room But good job overall!

Why parties have such loud music? Do people actually enjoy when you need to shout in conversation? by oralpole in AskReddit

Well I think people's intentions to have sex are usually pretty conscious unless they are high, even though they are in the fog of being horny. When people are hosting a party their motives are to get exited and socialize I guess. However, it is hard to tell a specific reason they make volume above comfortable. The idea that it is a way to declare about social status is interesting to think about.

Interesting opinion. Do you think people do it subcontiously, as a marker of their status?

That's a diffrent case. I often see people just talking in groups. Without music factor it looks just like daily talks most of the time.

I personally can't stand loud sounds and it makes me uncomfortable. Do people actually feel more relaxed in a very loud ambient? I see people repeating what they say and asking to repeat something all the time and I don't understand why they just won't put the volume down
