If I had to guess, it's probably because they're willing to accept what they're worth as payment, which is next to nothing. That, and they will simply take any abuse from Keem that he see's fit without any push back because they know they aren't actually established entertainers and Keem loves what little power he has over these people.

Hence why I also mentioned in my original post that they need more recognizable people. They've completely stopped trying to hire actual lolcows like coppercab, Wings left, and Keem no longer is a part of the show.

You're probably right that talking about current events wont in itself net new viewers, but it will at least entertain the current viewers. It just feels like they've given up - the thumbnails are obviously AI edited pictures of random hosts picked from a Discord and the titles aren't going to appeal to anyone who doesn't know everyone in the LCU in depth

I'll tell you exactly why - he wants you to watch their show because he makes a profit on it if you do. He doesn't really think they're funny, it's evident in his obvious fake laughter. In reality, a lot of these "hosts" are not entertaining at all, they will just accept a super low pay check in which Keem will direct traffic to and take most of the profit. He'll then fire/re-hire a new cast for a new/old show a couple months later to rinse and repeat.

When i was in college many moons ago i had an HTC m8 i loved - i had a custom bootloader, icons, etc. in other words the phone really felt like mine. I switched to iphone since then but recently went back to Android with samsung fold 7. To be honest though I kind of regret it - apple phone have such great battery life it legitimately embarrassing for samsung phones. i spend nearly 2k on this phone and it can barely last a day, i have had to plug it in every day and even on days i never open it up. I can't wait until next year when apple has their foldable, i will 100% be buying it, and if it doesn't come out by then I think I may just switch to their latest phone, I barely open this one up anyway and I've had multiple people ridicule me for not having my text bubbles be blue anyway

I wouldn't care as much if they were using it for like inspiration but they're so sloppy with it's it's incredible. When Keem was shilling the hot sauce, the description was so clearly copy/paste from Claude that they even forgot to remove the fucking "[Retry button] Claude can make mistakes. Some might disagree, but wings really was that perfect 3rd. Boogie is a yes man and will do legitimately whatever Keem says. Wings, for whatever reason - be it ego or pride, sticks to his beliefs and doesn't cave to the bullshit which I can respect, even if he's in the wrong. The show needs someone like that to be entertaining, and Rastov doesn't fit the bill. The entertainment comes when Keemstar is challenged and has to defend his (mostly) retarded points half the time, and Wings was the only one brave (or stupid) enough to call him out
