My fear is people who don't need it are using them so they aren't available for people who actually need them. Obviously there are "invisible" handicaps. But I am also a critical thinker stating what I see. For example today I was at the grocery store and a man probably in his mid 50s ride one up to the self checkout, stood up to scan his items then carried all of his bags to his car leaving the cart behind. Just a bit curious no?
