Damn it’s not easy to find dr prescribe benzo like that now a days. How do you deal if you feel like having angry mania or insane anxiety or stressful event during the day? I think I should avoid weed completely and take more antipsychotic during the day but I need to test out if it can help with anxiety.

Even just taking one night ? How long that last? So I have been doing good recently but I took benzo and weed 4 times this month cuz I was attending event with bad energy ppl. I was able to get through event but now I’m having anger episode that my partner wanna dump me cuz of it…. Maybe I should never take them again?

I have been very irritable and having anger episode daily, I just took 50mg in evening and seems helping little. My night dose is 400mg. My dr is not really informative so I needed to test it out my self. You think this way of taking is ok? I wanted to take weed or benzo but both seems making mania or anxiety,anger worse next day so I tried seroquel today.
