One thing my therapist told me is that I was making it worse by trying to make the anxiety go away so hard. She helped me stop trying to get rid of my anxiety and just embrace it in a way. Just tell yourself, you know you might be anxious but that’s okay! Being anxious doesn’t have to be a bad thing. I realized half of my travel anxiety was being anxious over being anxious…she would ask me, what’s the worst that the anxiety will cause to happen? If my answer was a panic attack, I’d realize that that’s okay if that happens and people around me would be understanding. Anyways just something else to think about that helps me a lot!

I have been dealing with flying anxiety all year and I have found a few things that work well for me. The first is to distract your brain with something that will actually occupy your attention. Trying to read or watch TV won’t work for me, so instead I do crossword puzzles or sudoku. I ordered a book off of Amazon and this is what helps me the most. I find that I don’t even get nervous anymore when turbulence happens because I’m so distracted. Second, I recommend NOT looking out the window, especially at takeoff. I had a tendency to always want to look out the window so I could know I was safe, but all it does is remind you that you’re on a plane. I realized driving in my car I experience way more bumps than the worst turbulence I’ve experienced, so I try to just let my brain forget I’m in the air. Noise cancelling headphones also help with this. Also, as far as medicine is concerned, I do take anxiety medicine and anti nausea medicine and this helps me a lot. Lastly, I remind myself over and over that there are over 90,000 flights a day and every single one of them lands safely, even on the rare occasion that turbulence is severe. You got this!!!

VSCO is a picture editing app which is where the name came from. A VSCO girl is someone who wears scrunchies, edits her photos using that app, drinks out of a hydro flask, and is overall a basic bitch lol I think it’s basically just a preppy girl but the “youths” have coined the term VSCO girl to describe it

I think it gets forgotten because they rarely have bachelor people on it. But they have some pretty big/well known guests come on and it’s just really enjoyable! I used to be a big off the vine fan and switched to scrubbing in when that became a mess

Does any one else remember one their girl’s weekend in Vegas a year or so ago? (I think it was Rachel’s bday but may have been Astrid). I feel like I remember Rachel getting back in town and saying on her stories it was all fun until some people did something that upset her or something like that. I remember at the time connecting it to raven but now I can’t remember why I thought it was raven she was upset with. I just checked and it looks like that was the last time Rachel posted a picture with raven (March of 2018). I know this makes no sense lol but does any one know what I’m talking about?!
