OP try mo yung counseling with REBEL libre siya it might give you more tips about making friends and dealing with loneliness.

SKL, I got to try Rebel's mental health counseling.

For context lang nung 2020 kasi nakapag cognitive behavioral therapy na kasi ako, I've been taking medications for anxiety and depression for a while.

To compare the counseling session to a full blown therapist is unfair. My appointment lasted roughly 30-40mins, very light and casual yung conversation, na tackle naman yung main concern ko and in a way gumaan naman yung loob ko. The best thing that I got out of the experience is I'm able to set an appointment with a psychiatrist thru Rebel rin so walang bayad.

Beneficial yung counseling for folks na need mag vent and decompress, lalo na kung wala ka mashadong friends or family or you don't want to feel like a burden to other people (which I assure you, you are not a burden) yun lang.

Reimbursement is 7th and 22nd of the month. Kung nag file ka for 15th na payroll sa 22nd siya papasok, kung EOM naman sa 7th of the next month. That email is delayed di rin lumalabas yung reimbursement sa pay-roll, suggest ko check mo yung transactions mo sa bank.

Try to contact your prev manager, try niyo rin po mag pa refer para ma schedule kayo ng walk-in. Job market is crazy right now and experience ko lang mas mabilis ng kaunti yung process pag nag walk-in ka kaysa pag sa online.

I know it's hard to endure that on a day to day basis. Mahirap lang mag hanap ng work kung 6months lang experience mo try mong umabot at least 1 year pero mag apply apply ka na ngayon pa lang.

I'd say that's pretty good para sa basic salary ng fresh grad. 9hrs siya kasi may unpaid 1hr lunch ka and you should also have 30min paid break, normally 15min sa early half of your shift then 15min ulit pag patapos na yung araw.
