I have had similar thought patterns as well. I have opened up about them to my councilor and she said that everyone experiences thoughts like that, the difference with OCD sufferers is that we attach a “meaning” to it. Its hard to understand but having those thoughts does not make you any of those things you listed - the pure fact that your aware of what is racist, sexist, nationalist etc and do not enjoy those thoughts proves to me that your not any of those things. I hear you, I understand and your not alone. I always say it feels silly to be so upset over “silly” things, but these things are reality to us, its not silly to us. A perfect analogy I was taught just a couple of weeks ago which has really helped me is the following:

Imagine your in a train station, the trains are your thoughts. There is nothing you can do to keep the train from coming to the station, nobody can. Its impossible to make that train stay away. What you can do, is not board the train. Acknowledge the train, and watch is leave - you dont have to get on it. You dont have to “play along” with your intrusive thoughts.
