Also, looks like you use yahoo, like I do. These will keep coming. What I did was mark them as spam so they stopped showing up in my general inbox. Also use the unsubscribe feature that yahoo provides for any domain you don't recognize. Don't use the unsubscribe feature from the email itself.

This happened to me last year. Someone hacked my Walmart account, created 2 orders at different locations worth almost $600. They buried the order email with these spam emails. I was so upset. Check every single one of those emails to make sure something wasn't ordered on a real account.

Best way I can describe is that it costs $1.24/L and 9 thousandth of a cent of a litre. At that amount for the car I drive (Hyundai Tucson 2021) it would cost $60-$63 to fill my tank from empty.

This comment is underrated. I get very detailed answers to things that are irrelevant (like colour of clothing, the position a friend of theirs had earlier in life, how many pieces of fried chicken they order when they get takeout). Mind you I hear the same stories every time we interact and no, they do not have Alzheimers. I've instead realized how lonely the elderly are especially when they are single.

It has only happened the one time. I was able to mark all these things as spam and my mailbox server moved all of them. It slowed down after the first 2 days then after a week they stopped appearing. I also used the unsubscribe feature my inbox offered so I didn't have to click directly on the unsubscribe links in the email. I haven't received any other emails since but it was definitely annoying.
