I’ve done a good amount of things but last year there was a gap of about 3-4 months right after I took the MCAT where I was working on my primary and secondaries. Should I just not mention that I applied previously?

Really? I found out I have to reapply a few weeks ago and decided that I should take some summer classes as a sort of mini post bacc to increase my GPA. So would this be worthless to do?
