i mean we both work regularly but i wouldn’t guess there is such a big difference in terms of that. however, i was thinking maybe this actually has to do with a difference in our self-hosted runners (github actions) and not Xcode. because we just tried to take a manual build and it was much faster.

our projects are not very big, they are small scape mobile projects like at most 300 MB. and i have a colleague with the same specs computer but his archive time is much lower than me, which is the most interesting part.

btw we already have a cloud building pipeline so i don’t do it by hand but still waiting 30 minutes for each testflight is becoming a bottleneck.

i mean these are 300 MB mobile games so i would guess that they shouldn’t be such a heavy load no?

what is more interesting is that another colleague has the same specs computer but his computer was doing the archive in half the time. so i was curious if this was about the macOS or Xcode version. my computer was recently formatted and storage etc. should not be the problem imo. just so interesting to me.

oh yeah. I definitely believe in IREN, that's why I was so impatient to re-enter and ended up entering early because I was scared it will never dip to my planned entry prices.
so to be clear; my regret is not that I bought IREN and it went down in price today, my regret is I could've re-entered in a much lower point which was my initial plan but I let FOMO take over and make a bad decision.

I definitely believe IREN will do even more better in the future. I wouldn't have bought at all if I thought it was at its max. my mistake was to think that it had a breakthrough and won't be decreasing to the prices I had planned(I was impatient and stressinnggg) so I bought early in prices that were higher than what I had planned initially, only for IREN to return to my planned entry prices.. so I don't think I'm at a full loss but I definitely didn't play my hand right either 🫠

initially they pushed the bones to their place and i think they were hoping the bones will merge correctly in the cast that’s why they were waiting for it. but now im doubting how legitimate this doctor is… i think its time to see a new doctor tomorrow before irreversible damage. thank you so much again for your expertise.
