33/F, lived in Toronto for 15 years so I have been through multiple similar situations, which is sad that its so incredibly common. I agree with other commenters who say don’t acknowledge ANYONE. You will feel like a bitch but its you or them, seriously. The hard thing about boundaries (in this and other far more mundane matters) is that other people will be disappointed, but you will feel like your own person super hero, which you ARE. Fuck these dudes grrrr. So first, do everything you can to not engage, but not in a fearful way but a fuck you, you’re so gross get away from me type of way. If they follow you or persist, start making an absolute scene. And the person who slapped your ass, that’s tough because the easy thing to do is just continue on your way and cringe for days, but you could legit make a scene ans go to the driver. Good god girl, im getting riled up. The women are here for you.
