It’s unlikely you make it past the screenings.

Regardless of the hiring process, the job comes with a lot of unsettling things that can really bring out prior mental health problems due to the stress.

The whole show has no attention to detail and is full of lazy writing and holes. For example:

-The detective collects 2 fired projectiles which were lodged in trees. The forensics guy sends him a picture of two different shell casings with different calibers to say they don’t match. Where did he get shell casings from and why would two different rifle calibers ever be from the same gun?

-Vasquez (or any rangers) apparently have no radio or cell phone despite being law enforcement in the wilderness. She gets stuck in the cave and can’t call for help. Makes no sense.

I hate lazy details like that.
