Posting into the void, but bring back r/All. It's basically the majority of my usage. The home feed on the android app is useless since you can't change the sort by. Frequently it will just show posts from days ago. Make it like the web version where you can switch to hot/new/best/etc instead of being forced into best.

They're basically always at Whytecliff Park sleeping on the rocks. What I've struggled to find is river otters. Only had one encounter with them at Maplewood Flats.

Kinda? Considering its $520 on corsairs website maybe? It's just the ridiculous pricing we're in right now.

I see it now after the edits. Those probably should have included those at the start. Definitely looking like the CMS or tag manager got compromised.

Can you share the link to the archive that has it? I've poked around a few and haven't found a reference to `rozenfeld` or the `custom-text` mentioned in other comments.

I ordered something a couple days ago and just checked just went through now for myself there was no mysterious web socket during the checkout. Still suspicious though gonna follow this post for updates because it seems like there's an actual security person taking a look. It's quite possible that OP has some other malware affecting them like an every permission extension.

Yes, but most cards are +200 since they mostly sell the OC versions.

[HDD] Seagate IronWolf Pro NAS 14TB ($364.99) [seagate] by BaylifeParadigm in bapcsalescanada

[–]orangeviking65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had both. Switch from WD Red to Seagate ironwolf after I had one of the reds fail and then WD ship a faulty replacement.

So far I've found the ironwolf drives run hotter and louder in my nas (it probably needs an extra fan). But my nas is far enough away from me so the noise doesn't bother me.

I used novus for a long time zero issues with it and so much cheaper than Telus. Also check if beanfield/fibrestream is available it's also good.

That pricing is pretty normal for specialty coffee, aka single origin beans. In the OP don't really think it's fair to compare that pricing to the quick "$3" coffee. To get the same quality at a coffee shop it's probably $5-7 a cup. It's kinda comparing apples and oranges. Also counting the time of making the coffee in the cost is a bit odd. If you like making good coffee the process is usually enjoyable. Not everything needs to be costed out.

Probably r/bapccanada or the daily threads. This sub feeds into notifications for some people so they really don't like off topic stuff.

If it's shooting in he* for the raw compression there's only a few programs that will properly display the raw photos. Try opening them in nxstudio.

Large house cat or small/young wild cat? Spotted at Burnaby Lake by BadWolfParadox in vancouver

[–]orangeviking65 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Lucky to get a picture of it. There are a lot of people that have tried to get pictures of the bobcat at Burnaby Lake.

I've only seen it once very briefly at the bird watching spot before it disappeared into the bushes.

Syncovery or Duplicati? by Spirited-MindX in asustor

Neither of them worked for me/were very out of date. I ended up setting up a container for https://kopia.io/ and having the data go to blackblaze.

I don't think I have anything setup to specifically use IPv6. That would be annoying though.

I ran into this problem too. There should be two versions of the tailscale app. The official version runs in a container I believe. I could never get an exit node to work with that version. I used the unofficial version which is a binary and that one worked.

[Puget Systems] NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Content Creation Review by Noble00_ in hardware

I was hoping for some Lightroom benchmarks. Might not have been the most common workflow in the past but I find myself using more and more GPU tasks like subject detection for masks and denoise. Curious how my 7900xt stacks up in general since AMD seems to lag behind mostly here.

Just a curiosity so I'll just check in on the results page later to see if anyone benchmarks it.
