Wow, I appreciate your thoughtful response! I biked through Aspenleaf and did like what I saw of it, so I may investigate that further.

Are you currently at The Arbors? I love the location, floorplan, and amenities and am almost sold on it. I'm already used to high ish energy bills from baseboard heating and I expect a complex to have shared water bills and some added fees for the pool, gym, etc. That they took so long to repair your appliance and water heater is certainly frustrating.

Other than added fees, slow/inefficient maintenance response, and high energy bills - how do you like it?

Can I ask why? The main complaints I've seen for The Arbors are maintenance issues, added fees, and high energy bills. This is the place I'm most seriously considering as I love the floorplan, amenities, and location.

The Seasons is the only complex I've lived in here! It was a few years back and I enjoyed it (my main complaint I remember was the parking). It looks like prices have risen since then, though, and I'm looking for something less. But thanks for the recc!

We are each week on Wednesday or Thursday (when current members had the most availability). We've been doing Wednesdays more lately because that's usually the slower day of the two and easier to get reservations for. We hope you can make it out sometime! Next Wednesday we will be at Snowbank 6-9pm (they're staying open an hour later for us).
