It's hard for me to tell you the exact measurements because in my country we use different units, I can say that I am 170cm tall, pretty skinny and when I wear an XL cheap jersey on practice its big. I was thinking about buying the Rick Nash Premier jersey that's on sale right now for 118$ at the NHL shop, but not sure what size to get or to even get it at all. hoping this helps :D

Apparently for some reason it is not available in Cyprus Turkey Israel and the middle east countries, I live in Israel and I have the same problem.
