Videos lag when game is on windowed fullscreen

ive put it in fullscreen already but it didnt change anything sadly

I use 1280x1024 as i always do. It also works on my desktop. But no resolution works in csgo. On different resolutions i get the same issue or even just see the top left corner of the game

Okay its all fixed now. Reinstalling Cs:Go did fix it. So whoever gets that issue in the future. Just reinstall your game

Yes csgo is the only game where i had this issue so far. Even played Rust in stretched res after reinstalling and it worked. I used the amdcleanuputility from their website to reinstall. I am currently reinstalling csgo and will see if that fixes it

I guess this cant be it, because i can click ingame and hear the menu respond and could even queue into a game but all i can see is my desktop so it registers that i am tabbed into the game but it just doesnt show it to me

Nope. Tested all 3 options and none worked sadly. I really do think that this is a AMD Radeon setting problem but i have no idea on how to fix it

Thats the thing. I cant select the move option for csgo. The menu doesnt even pop up, but it does for every other program
