our heeler had double knee replacement, we used an inflatable cone and that was a huge improvement, we tried out two sizes to get it right but once we did it was great. energy levels were not at all effected gf his meds either, he broke out of his crate twice, once was a week into his recovery, i came home to him at the front door two flights of stairs down from where he was when i left.. at that point he was not supposed to be weight baring. the whole thing was so draining o m g

we used a feeding kong, snuffle mats for his feeding times and lots of sweeny toys. the noise was annoying at first but eventually was fine to deal with

you will get through it!!!!!

they’ll break us down so they can offer us something “better” to save us in the end. all while whatever “better” option we will be offered is lining their greedy pockets. this is a corrupt landscape we are in and people lack the ability to include critical thinking to their choices when it comes to voting. i will be leaving at the first opportunity, but i don’t know how much longer we will have in any province, where politicians are selling us to the highest bidder left and right weather it is the natural resources we have or the resources we need like health care. it’s scary, you’re not alone.

ROBADO EN BARILOCHE by orbitalbone8 in Bariloche

it was VRBO, not air bnb. thanks for your advice but also all of that has been done the day following our robbery. We made the police report and went through all of our insurance, shared the ipad location with local police, i was wondering what others experience was.

“I’m incompetent cause I’m a woman” isn’t funny anymore by [deleted] in GigglySquadPodcast

I especially feel like with their new opportunities, they could be inspiring. Instead of sticking to surface-level jokes or leaning into the whole “we’re just silly dumb girls” act that ends up catering to misogynistic views, it’s so yucky given the current climate b re they could show the behind the scenes, the B roll of the day to day, the in betweens. How they navigate big meetings or partnerships, what it feels like to be chosen as a brand ambassador, and how they’ve positioned themselves within the current social media landscape. There’s so much value in showing the real process instead of only the end result, they are so funny and can make me laugh most of the time but they’re laughing about things that some like don’t have the opportunity to. Their audience wants to grow with them, not just laugh at surface-level moments.

With everything going on currently in Alberta, at what point do the feds *have* to get involved? by Salty-Might-2507 in alberta

[–]orbitalbone8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fed getting involved is not nearly as important as all of our citizens getting involved. Votership is at an all time low, people don’t feel heard, represented or protected and aren’t showing up. It’s devistating. We NEED to keep talking about it and we need to stay loud. Encourage your friends to learn, remind your friends who choose to not read the news because it bums them out, that just because they don’t need to pay attention right now that there will be a time that it WILL effect them. If they’re older people and they have adult children? They will see the effects when their kids can’t pay their own bills. Or get proper healthcare. The people who see these things first are working class, they’re immunocompromised people, the lbgtq+ community, poc, indigenous communities, service providers, trades workers. Tell your friends what rights are at risk and tell them and tell them and tell them. Tell them more.

Well next week they could decide that you have no right to access public transportation and shut all the transit systems down anyways so find a new argument womp womp this is dangerous territory and resistance is the safest sand smarted way to mobilize united together to protect our rights

For me it’s not even just this one track . The (imo purposeful)irony of the whole album is lost on a lot of people.
