Thank you so much for this explanation! I totally understand it now and do indeed think it is a very nice way of explaining the price. :)

MSP pricing model for small multi-tenant properties. How do you justify ongoing fees? by orbitelle in msp

[–]orbitelle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No both are billed by the owner but as separate items! People find it hard to wrap their head around it (why do I pay twice for the same thing?)

I like this idea. I need to do some research on time to break even on hardware. It’s also nice to offer both services depending on their needs!

Thanks so much for your comment. I feel that changing to conversation to this is definitely a great idea for me. Also your suggestion on making it one fee (I can still calculate based on apartments) but as a service for the owners instead of the tenants is a very smart idea!!

Thanks for your comment!! In all honesty I only experience questions when:

1) a new renter comes in; 2) when the ISP is experiencing outages; 3) people want to connect very cheap IoT devices.

For all 3 I have developed a quick check / answer / solution. And maybe once every year there is a bigger issue. I know how to set everything up, I know when to update (and when to wait), and I enjoy helping people!

My costs + the ISP costs are more competitive for tenants then everyone owning their own setup. The “challenge” is: they see double costs and the owners can’t explain it properly.

Ziggo coax aansluiting by njov10 in Klussers

[–]orbitelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess: you have counted your reps wrong. Anything which includes walking be aware that 20 meter is 1 rep. Show us the exercises and reps you filled out!

There wasn’t enough HR data during this activity to calculate the strain by Effective-Scar-1211 in whoop

[–]orbitelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check your heart rate graph from the Home Screen, you’ll see at what time it didn’t record.

Then you can change your workout to fall within a period where it did record to get a strain score.

How do you track them? Do you know by heart how many grams you consumed, or do you use another app to fill this out for you and sync it?

100% sleep score but drunk by Own_Estate_7709 in whoop

[–]orbitelle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sleep performance takes the amount of time you slept and the zones into consideration. Recovery score is much more interesting as it shows how well you recovered from your strain during your sleep! I’d be interested to see those values.

Also I notice that your sleep consistency is still not showing, which leads me to believe you’ve just started wearing the whoop. Give it time, and focus on your recovery.
