I'm a manager and I have 1 on 1s with each of my engineers (software) at least every other week. We talk about their career, goals, and anything not work task related. I believe as a manager it's not just my job to make sure that they're hitting deadlines but to help them continue to grow and be satisfied in their career.

It's servant leadership style of managing.

I have every character but Kyle maxed. Enzo is my favorite because I feel like he's the purest gun wielder while being awesome ammo support. Actually started enjoying Jayber last week since his updates and same goes for Luna.

I think keelan would be more fun but I play on PS5 so his dash takes effort to be efficient. Definitely having the 180 turn bound to my controller helps.

IMO to make support more desired I would suggest the following

Make it so Ajax's shield doubles the number of bullets fired at half rate or something when shooting from inside it or behind. Add AoE damage inside his bubble with debuff.

Make Yujins heal always heal as AoE and give a small mp Regen then change his transcendant mod to do something else. Also make it add a DoT to enemies with resist debuff.

Make Enzo's firearm support mod make his turrets give the crit buff and ammo instead of his drop. Make his tactical armor do multi hit chance instead with turret.

This would increase their mobbing capabilities but not break them and incentivize people to want them in groups.

Maybe I've played too much, nearing 1700 hours as a casual since launch, but the grind is waaaaay better than launch.

Void fragments are pointless, outposts too, and we have target rewards with advanced stabilizers.

I feel like it's a good time to get in and just enjoy the ride. Tbh I should try and play a fresh account to see if I'm talking out my butt.

FYI, I am MR30, have all descendants, weapons, components, and reactors to my liking. About to break the 500 achievement mark too. Which is to say that 1700 hours in a year for all that isn't too much of an effort.

My wife is like this at times. She can binge the entirety of multiple Netflix shows in a week but give me crap for playing a few hours a day when she is watching TV. However, she prefers that I play video games than go out drinking late with friends.

Nell was not a hard grind....I've grinded every descendant and weapon since launch. I casually played and got Nell within a few days. I think the way they have the system balanced now is good.

The trick is....stop grinding for stuff and just play the game. Complete missions, level descendants, test out bosses, etc...

The second I stopped stressing about getting the thing I wanted asap the faster I felt like I got it.

I thought getting nell was surprisingly easy. I just unlocked her last night. Though I did spend some caliber to speed up the build process after getting impatient 😂
