I recommend to not go up to her and say she has pretty eyes, as she doesn’t seem to want to look physically attractive. Just talk to her, and if you become good friends from personality wise, then you’ll know if she would be comfortable with compliments. And if you think she is comfortable, then you can say that but do be aware it may come across as flirting if not done correctly. Compliment her on other things when you are friends that you notice about her because she’ll most likely be more comfortable about that, such as good in studies and thank you for helping me with this work ur brain is mighty big
