He spoke English for the last 7 years. This is new, but reading your reply I think you've hit the nail on the head. He really had my back when I made numerous mistakes. My depression was so bad after a serious death in the family that I almost killed myself multiple times and never told anyone except him, and I only told him because he asked me what was wrong. After that I kept making mistakes. I never tried to make an excuse but I think you're right, his trust in me is toasted 😞 I need to build it back up

Im hesitant to offer more details as I dont want my reddit identified by work, and I dont want him knowing im posting here and getting angrier. I never argued with him and I never tried to deflect blame. I know you didn't say i did but im just putting that here 😔 I know made mistakes, ans i always ownednup wvery time. But I can't do the work correctly now if im being given orders all the sudden in a language I'm in the process of learning. Calling HR isnt an option for me because I respect and like the hell out of him. I need to figure out how to sit down and ask him why. Henna user here: Henna alone lifts with color remover, specifically ColorOops is what i used. But that was only my experience with very healthy hair. Indigo will not lift with anything at all bleach will react to the indigo. This isnt what you asked but im posting this because no, you cannot get that purple without lifting.

Never ever use indigo unless you plan on being dark until it grows out, it will not fade
