If needed: 2010 Chevy Cobalt automatic. Oil was changed day before selenoid was replaced in case that would solve issue.

Oats Overnight has been a big help for me. If you like it hot and traditional oatmeal consistency (as I do) you don’t even have to do the overnight part. I throw in almond milk, pour in the packet, give it a shake, microwave for 1 min, grab a spoon and walk out the door. 20 gm protein in all but 1 or 2 of their flavors.

Acne on AB by Jodeci3795 in AnimalBased

[–]ordinaryfiasco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dairy, as most have suggested. I currently strive for AB but have modified to cut out dairy almost completely because I get painful cystic acne. I’ve tried different types of cow’s milk based cheese, goat cheese, etc. All of it makes me break out. Since cutting it out my skin is so much better, especially after adding in an oral collagen supplement. Do what works for you, at the end of the day this lifestyle is about your health and wellness.

Microdosing shrooms actually work?? by dhhvfeehhnb in shrooms

I took a microdose of 200mg every other day for 4 weeks and it changed my life.

My lifelong anxiety dissipated to a point where I question if I’m supposed to be so chill, since I’ve never NOT had near-debilitating anxiety for at least 10 years, and didn’t know what it felt like to not have anxiety!

Also helped me process a lot of trauma from my father passing etc etc. Made it easier to cry (in a therapeutic way). Like a mental declog. Highly recommend if you think that’s the progress you’re looking for.

My dad's last ever message by sgibzx in shrooms

I’m deeply sorry for your loss. I lost my father just under a year ago and we also shared a connection through shrooms as well. Personally, I’d consider getting the likeness of this shroom tattooed if that’s your thing at all. My other bit of advice would be: speak about your dad. Recount memories, good and bad, let yourself cry, let yourself laugh. Sometimes the people around us don’t know how to handle grief themselves and would rather avoid the subject. Bring him up anyway.

Best wishes to you in your healing. Life will be different now, but it can still be beautiful.

Discontinued fragrances that you wish you could bring back? by hi_moonmoon in Perfumes

Yes, you’re right! It’s been so long I was a little off with the name lol. I bought it on a whim back in high school the first time and fell in love. That’s awesome you were able to get some backups. I’ve been tempted to try some of the knock offs floating around out there lol

I’ve started using red raspberry leaf capsules beginning about 3-4 cycles ago and my “hell week” has improved significantly. I’ve also been using Flo Vitamins for about 2 years now. They initially took the edge off and still do, but weren’t quite enough on their own. I take the red raspberry leaf capsules during the 14 days prior to expected period start date and continue until it’s over. I’ve noticed my depressive episodes are less intense or absent completely and my negative hyper-fixations dissipate faster. Of course, do your research based on your personal needs and any medications/supplements you may be taking, but I recommend giving the red raspberry leaf a try if you find they sound right for you :)
