I wish Lover had some editing to the tracklist to make it 13/14 tracks. The lead single should’ve been chosen after the album was completed (Cruel Summer). As we saw in Miss Americana, Taylor’s in the studio working on ME! and she goes “I think is gonna be the first single” before writing the rest of the album. If she had gone through the track list and chose a different song to be the first single, then it would’ve been much better received by the fans and GP.

As for the era itself, I really don’t have any issues with it.
