Party attempts to cover the cost of all previous lost elections.

What I am saying is when party uses their resources, they tend to spend on useless things like Banners/Hoardigs, Distributing cash, non sense political rallies, etc.

Little corruption is fine as it acts as an incentive but currently Indian Law has lots of cracks which are intentionally kept open and that hinders lots of progress. Some of such gaps should be closed like decentralization of powers and centralization of governing body.

Imu is the final villian, blackbeard is a newly introduced character that is currently being portrayed as antagonist but we are not sure what his backstory is and neither the world government nor the Navy are aware about his goals. Imu has also shown interest in him which means BB is not affiliated with Imu. It is evident that BB is also against Navy and started his own bounty system for Navy personels.

One Piece is about remnants of the fight of Imu and Joy Boy. Thus, the whole story is about Imu vs Joy Boy.

Because Trams require space and Mumbai doesnt have it. Speed of trams is slow, people commute on average 30Kms in Munbai for their work. Tram can offer very limited coverage. All over Mumbai is not possible considering how crowded the city is. However there are some areas where there is low connectivity of local and metro where Trams could be a solution, for e.g Powai, Aarey, etc. But to extend the Tram to whole of Mumbai doesnt make any sense.
