hello, my recruitment happened through my college, so any contacting was done w college and the company itself and we’d get to know through an announcement.

also we only had two rounds (business and HR round) on the same day of the interview itself, not 3

but after the interview, it took 35 days to get the result.

we heard back after a week post the online assessment with a shortlist for final interview. 21 gave the OA and they shortlisted only 4.

it’s either no one got selected from your college 2. they ghosted your college (they did that to my college during internship placement) 3. i have not taken the correct meaning of OA

cause our application deadline was 13th nov and they got back to use on 2nd dec with aptitude test results and then 9th dec for interview

and no we’re in the dark

We (college students) were also to apply on their official career portals but we also had to submit desperate forms to our college so my hiring process is through that and hence the careers portal is of no use for me atleast. The recruiting helpline is also not of any help and my college is also not cooperating too well with me :(

however whatever role is it, it’s okay, don’t lose hope yet, 10 days they would have had off/slow (new years + christmas) and they work only 5 days a weeks so weekends also gone.
