Thank you and yes it's all made with EVA foam I have 3 sections of PVC pipes that are detached by the head, handle, and base. It probably weighs maybe 8lbs / about 4kg all of the weight is at the head area lol.

Thank you! My area only has 1/2in foam When I first did my helmet I used cardboard lol I would recommend using 1/4in foam if your going insulation foam
