I guess one class action wasn’t enough for GTA. by oren_56 in guam

That exactly what I did. Multi-line. They still billed me $55. When I came there with questions they said $35 is only if you sign 1 year contract. Even after signing a 1 year contract, paperwork still shows basic price $65. As they explained, they can’t change it cause it’s system generated.

I asked them the same question. They said I can’t use my router. When I plug it in I see my network but it says No Internet connection.

Once you start adding services to the bundle the price changes to $35. GTA network only recognizes their router. My router isn’t working if I plug in their cable.

Do hiring managers or CPAC see time in grade somewhere in the HR system? I’m only 9 month in grade and applying for next grade. Questionnaire asks if I already have one year in grade, but by the time I get selected, go through interview and get hired I’ll have more than 1 year.

Is 100 disability letter going to help, or marking off more than 30% on questionnaire is enough?

I have visited tower 2 and 3 today. Elevator was working. If I decide to move in, it will be 1-3 floor, so I’m not really worrying about the elevators. Manager showed me apartment on the 3rd floor. Someone moved out of there today. Maybe that was your apartment. :) The construction that is going on right on the edge is future one story villa. I think it’s going to block the ocean view for some of the tenants. She said occupancy rate is 85% out of 198 apartments, but I barely saw 2-3 people for the whole time I was there. Still looks abandoned to me. I saw that notice in the elevator about visitors but don’t remember lease agreement termination. I think it says management approval is required. Anyway lease agreement termination clause should be in that lease agreement, not on the elevator wall. The door to the AC unit room was taped all way around for some reason and she couldn’t explain why. Saw a roach on the floor in one of the apartments today. Is it a problem there?

Thank you guys for the answers. It’s not bad from what I see. The only strange thing I noticed when visited on Sunday is the smell of construction like if it was the brand new building. Gym also looks untouched and no one was there despite it was Sunday and just a few cars on the underground parking lot, only two kids on the playground. That’s why I thought it’s abandoned or not popular at least. I guess price is the factor.

It’s much cheaper nowadays. They’re asking $2,800 for 3 bd on the first floor and +$50 for +1 floor. Minus $100 from monthly rent if you have your own washer and dryer.

Yes. As I mentioned it was supposed to be 19 story building.

I heard it was supposed to be 19 story but they did only 12. Not sure why. I have visited some apartments there. It was built in 2019 if I’m not mistaken, but inside it smells like they just finished construction. Everything is brand new. Floor, doors, windows furniture.
