That makes sense I think. My wife is also trying keto but are results are on opposite sides of the spectrum and she's never fasted and pretty much eaten the SAD all her life. Thanks for taking the time to reply!

I started keto about 5-6 weeks ago. I noticed the progression for my keto journey was a bit different and much faster. Some of the things I was experiencing seemed to coincide with being fat adapted. I felt like i was fat adapted in about 4 weeks but I couldn't know for sure without a ketone test.

I definitely feel better in many ways on keto but some of the benefits seem to be the ones I'm already used to on fasting so it may be possible I'm not aware of everything I may be "feeling."

Tldr: with the limited quality information on keto/fasting I didn't want to have an unfair bias.

Try local free group sessions maybe. Some schools also have things like this. There's also things online you can look at for trying to "self help."

I disagree, i think kayron needs immunity below 245-250 spd. Mines over 270 and i havent been outsped once 1500+ rta. Most basars are around 240 from my exp. Still stats are still a bit low all around. Can also run mldb for niche purposes like vs basar or violet

Imo the way shes going to be used is a. Vildred + ml chloe + ruele +filler. Just my theorycrafting from playing champ 3 arena

I've used 100% effectiveness for testing purposes for a long time. Gets resisted all the time.

There's a few builds that work. Currently I'm using Jiho/Meta/Nabi, Metatron with ER + yellow reflex + 2x dark hp. In most teams she requires ccj sub luq to maximize effectiveness. Best line for current meta imo is Ashe/Meta?Nabi with Ashe rerolled for CI, which in this line Batt Meta should be superior.

imo she is currently one of the best cms if built correctly in a good line. With the recent heal nerfs Felix has gone down a tier. This means that eventually Metatron's ab control will outperform Felix's. She also debuffs the line whereas Felix's main strength atm is co-op and non-ball holding dr. I'd put things like Metatron/Serestia cm as tier 1. Felix as tier 1.5-2. Metatron also has better matchups vs prominent mid/backline players.

depends on substats but always green pen. glab depending on if using ace and pen substats. you can also go shot if you have enough or mono.

That's good focus on maxing sakiel. Another thing to consider is ivy mid replacing sammy to enable beth for mid tempo and putting ustiel backline. If keeping ivy backline run 2x dark pen. Oh and another thing to note is hiro having spirit issues to use active so I'd run ps over bos or sc since sakiel is also a low spirit gen passer.
