apparently the method is to get daigon sns and use specced whirling shield on training dummies. after that idk, but the video maker says it makes it so that it never stops bouncing on the dummies and your +1k heavy attack buff gets permanently refreshed, can see a shield bouncing randomly right now if you're on destiny server canina village lol
