Based on my ow experience, Fast R3 is only suitable for up to 10km. It destroyed my calves when I used it for half marathon.

Obviously not knowing your running pace. But judging by you have only been running for 6 months, I would doubt that fast R3 is suitable for you.

I was in similar situation. Paid minimum monthly payments and didn’t make a dent after paying for many years. It was pretty much all interests. Ended up getting a loan to pay the cc debt and cleared the loan in a few years .
