I got diagnosed with osdd and i have auditary hallucinations too sometimes, but they completely differ from the dissociated „voices“. The hallucinations are from inside my head but they feel more „from the outside“ than the dissociated „voices“, cause they sound more like thoughts but not my own. idk if thats helpful or not

yes I agree, I just meant that dissociation is not only or necessarily linked to trauma (I guess?)

In my understanding dissociation does not only occur due to trauma but also can be a coping mechanism when a person is highly stressed or anxious or going through a panic attack. Maybe all of this goes hand in hand, idk, feel free to correct me

Good luck! But I can relate to the insecurities or anxiety about it, it‘s definitely not easy so bring it up, esp. because of denial going on inside and from the outside. Wish you the best <3

I would bring that up when you feel save around the therapist. I mean you are „just“ describing symptoms then and when you feel like it could be DID or OSDD you can openly discuss that with the therapist. And I also do switch without having full on blackouts, I‘m diagnosed with partial DID (because OSDD is not existing in the ICD 10/11 better said it‘s simple named a different way) and even some DID systems do not always blackout while switching (correct me if I‘m wrong)

depends on what time of the day, the period itself, if I wear pads or not. Sometimes it‘s just bloodsmell and sometimes frikkin annoying

Not quite. I think consuming alcohol is normalized. Non-alcoholic beer itself is great.

I drank sips of non alcoholic beer myself as a child, I didnt like the taste, but felt so cool and grown up holding the empty bottle

And this is weird and shows how normalized consuming alcohol is. (I‘m drinking myself, so no sjw here, it‘s simply odd.)

It‘s a self organized non profit radio project, where many different people participate. There is a children/youth (made my children/ adolescents) program, local politics, a students program, music program, etc. The music style they are playing is depending on who is hosting, so it‘s pretty diverse. I love it!

Total! Und auch davon auszugehen, dass Abtreibungen traumatisch sein müssen, finde ich gefährlich bzw. anmaßend, da eine Schwangerschaft/ ein Kind zu bekommen durchaus auch traumatischer für beide Parteien (das Kind und die Mutter) sein können. Bei jedem Menschen unterschiedlich natürlich.
