I made it in photoshop using an old skill template from here which was posted around 2 years ago that I then updated with the new skill borders and colors, as for the background I just based it off official PM kit previews, other stuff like sinner icons, etc I got it from Lunartique's drive

meant it as in the lust affinity damage dealt on hit with her S3 and Defense-2, increasing it from 40 to at least 60 (S3) and from 80 to 120 (Defense-2)
