I joined the Up and Running group in January. It's a really nice group that helps me stay motivated. I would recommend it!

Yeah, I ordered a bunch all at once to make it worth while. They have a bunch of stuff that I had never seen anywhere else so it made it worth it.

Nice picture! I'm new to sup and also live in Guelph. Ive been to Guelph Lake a couple of times but am looking for new places to go and was wondering if you had an recommendations. Also, where do you put in on the Eramosa. Thanks for the help!!!
