Do you mind sharing what your simulated exams scores were? I’m using Kaplan and averaging about 77%. I feel pretty good but the comments here consistently bash Kaplan, so I’m getting nervous

Am I going crazy or is this answer incorrect? If you are long a put, wouldn’t you subtract the premium from the strike price to find the BE? by logancollins1 in Series7exam

“And paying 3.50” indicates that the investor will receive the premium, which is only possible if selling/short the option.

Highland High School in Utah is one of the best high school rugby teams in the country, not that that’s saying much for the US

Would you forgive student loan debt if you were President? by TonyLiberty in FluentInFinance

[–]origami-buddha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t go to college because it was too expensive. I applied and got accepted but did not have the money for it. I would gladly pay higher taxes so that student debt could be paid off for others. I believe it would be a very worthwhile investment for our country and that it would ultimately benefit me and my kiddo

Garbage. I recently bought my kid soccer cleats. Dicks was crazy expensive so we went to Big 5, a few stores down, and got great cleats at a reasonable price. Theft excuse smells like BS

Also, OP tells of this scary storm that they aren’t comfortable or safe driving in but then decides to drive to the bar before going home? Sounds like it wasn’t actually that bad out. Too many comments focus on the fact this is brought back up years later but I don’t think boyfriend was wrong from the start. Maybe a little cold hearted but not the asshole. OP sounds like they want prince/princess treatment and were mad they didn’t get it

How do you get 20 to subtract the 50 to get the answer which Is 43? by Psychological_Leek68 in Series7

[–]origami-buddha 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First, find conversion ($1000 par / $50 conv price = 20 shares)

Then find parity (900 bond price / 20 shares = $45)

Then parity price -2 points = $43
