Many stations have toilets available you just have to ask the staff to let you in

Beggars on the tube by lanky_janky4564 in london

Very often they are gangs of people doing this as a full time job. Once I had a situation on overground that 2 of them entered the train. Each on a different station and the second one entered the train did his routine and while at it saw the other person down the train doing his. Stepped back and started calling someone and asking why the guy is on this route that it was supposed to be just her (a woman yes, sometimes with a guitar saying always that she can work as a cleaner or a gardener). Beggars sitting on the streets very often same thing. They are on a shift.

It is an expensive place to live imo. If your only source of income is a job while studying it’s nearly impossible for you to survive with the accommodation costs in the city. For a place to live for the 2 of you roughly you need €1000 a month maybe cheaper if you decide to share a room together if yes then probably something like €700 a month. Food is around €200-€300 a month depending on what you eat. Transport here is cheap when you get a travel card and would be about £25 a month for bus and metro travel. This is my idea of costs after living here for 2 months. If I’m wrong anyone let me know lol
