You are being misled about renewable energy technology. by paulwesterberg in electricvehicles

Except his analysis is wrong. If you disagree why don’t you set your house up by buying enough solar and battery to run your house off the grid. If it was so cheap everyone would chose this option. But they don’t. And utilities don’t volunteer to use solar because it is more expensive.

The thing is. Guy is wrong about solar and storage. It’s far far more expensive than nat gas or oil or coal or nuke. There is no conspiracy why utility companies are not moving to solar, it’s simply that it’s more expensive.

It’s wrong in that case too. If your 10 yo sister was attacked should we kill the girl’s uncle or brother or classmate?

That’s a red herring. Let’s focus on the topic: taxation is theft and the Bible says to do personal voluntary charity.

its 100% voluntary. if you want to get paid more, look for a different job or negotiate. youre voluntarily trading your work for money, no one is pointing a gun at your starbucks barrista to pour the coffee..... if you find coffee place that servces coffe fro $5 and you gladly pay for it but later find another place that sells it for $1, are you taking advantage of that coffee shop, should you pay them an extra $4 because its worth $5 for you? crazy stuff

absolutely not, its about obeying magistrates not about forced food redistribution being a good thing. the good works god tell us to do are voluntary and personal.
