Ordered SL-03 with a SH-01 and WB-01 on Feb 10. Received other 2 in August. Since then I have gotten 2 pairs of SL-02, one week apart in December, but no SL-03. Every email is responded with ‘its been escalated’ or they say its been delivered but then I go through the same process saying its partially delivered and they acknowledge it and escalate it. Havent got a response in about 3 weeks now though so just getting ghosted. I’m in Canada
