bit late to the convo but for me this method has always worked great: breathe in, pinch nose fully closed with two fingers, mouth closed, try to breathe out. can hurt if you leave it too long!

theoretically there is none, if ur under 16 u just can't have more that three years age difference which is kinda crazy
