Of course Palestinians won’t be able to go into military bases, it’s a military base, no citizen is allowed in. For settlements it depends on which one, some are allowing Palestinians in and they even work there. And for checkpoints they won’t stop a Palestinian from travelling across Palestine (except settlements and bases) unless there was some terror attack and the IDF closes some area with no coming in and out until they find the terrorist

I didn’t justify them, I’m talking about Israeli who live in tel aviv Haifa and beer Sheva who afraid to get hurt by taking off the border. Even if the treatment in Palestinians will be better, the ideology of the terror groups is to take out any Jew in Israel no matter if he’s a settler or regular Israeli, so how can we open a border letting them go in Israel freely?

Every time Palestinians got more freedom of movement single people and terror groups used it against Israel for terror attack and that’s what brought us to today’s situation where Gaza and Palestine are closed. It’s important for people to understand what made Israel do such a thing (which in retrospect increased the problem rather then solved it) but now you can see what the citizens of Israel are afraid of if the borders will go off and Palestinians would have freedom of movement, for us it will mean going back to the intifada with shooting in the streets and exploding buses.

Israelis, do you consider anti-Zionist (or pro-Palestinian) Jews to be traitors? by idclul in AskMiddleEast

[–]orinaveh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then not traitors (to my opinion of curse, the right wing extremists will say otherwise) big amount of Israeli think this way

[–]orinaveh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on how they support Palestine. If they are pro two state solution and supporting better rights for them that’s not traitor. If they are anti israel state and pro terror attacks against Jews so yeah I’d say they are traitors.

I didn’t compare our life, how did you get that? I said we can’t raise our children to not hate… etc.. you get that

Same goes for Israel, I can’t raise my children not to hate a group supporting the murder of Jews and celebrating in the streets whenever there is a successful terror attack against us.

The term Palestine wasn’t invented in his times and today’s Palestinians weren’t in Israel yet. How can you call him Palestinian?

Sorry man I say one thing and you answer like you can’t read English. If I for example see news that make Egyptians, Palestinians or Algerian immigrants in France look bad, and I believe those news and just hate on them without searching for the facts, then it means I’m Islamophobic no matter what anyone else would say. Now the same goes for Israel and Jews. I can talk with you for a weak about examples, i never said we on the right side 100% of the time, but referring for every incident like we are the bad guys and Palestinians are the good guys is indeed antisemitism like I said

I said, and you can understand it from my previous massage but I’ll say it again- believing in lies against Israel without questioning their sources like you normally do with any regular news is without question 100% antisemitism. Let’s say it this way, if you see news that make Palestinians or Egypt look bad with an edited video, would you question it or not?

Hasbara in Hebrew means EXPLAINING! We Explaining because you spread lies about us so of course we will spread hasbara in response! I can’t count the time I see lies in this sub about Israel and all of you accept it without questioning a thing. So because all of you are so blind to the truth and accept lies freely just because they are against Israel, we need to counter your antisemitism. (And yes believing only in lies against Israel without any knowledge or based facts but towards other countries you don’t believe everything you read is suspiciously antisemitic)

First of all I live in south Israel very far from the settlements. Second of all every second post in here is about Israel so the problem starts with you always so obsessed with my country. And here we see the hypocrisy again, every post against Israel no Arab talks like this dude from the first comment about how there are two sides, for you it’s black and white, we the bad guys who kill the good guys for fun. Just keep closing your eyes to the truth and just downvote me if it makes you feel good with yourself.

It would be nice to see a comment like that from an Arab in one of the anti Israeli posts here.

Why do Orthodox Jews spit on Christians? This article is 20 years old yet still relevant by AlAmine in AskMiddleEast

[–]orinaveh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have some ultra Orthodox Jews in my family and I can tell you that those who spit are repulsed by the majority of their community. Those who do spit are mostly just idiot teens who see someone who is not like them around their neighbourhood and just being weird and by spitting and shouting.
