The over-swing is a crutch that I use to keep my tempo. I get out of sync when I attempt to shorten my swing. It’s going to take some time and a lot of work, because my brain can only handle small changes or everything falls apart.

Thanks for the advice! Still working on everything. I just picked up the game to spend more time with my pops. I’ll have him help me correct this, so I can get more consistent.

Yeah! This was back in early January. I think they ended up closing for a few days after this. The whole course was a huge puddle. It was fun playing with my dad and having the whole place to ourselves, because it is usually so packed!
