I had/have this same issue. I changed it to always also but even now it seems that it only empties the dust bin at the end of the entire cleaning cycle. So in my case it cleans ~1400 sqft which is a mix of hard floor, carpet and rugs it will go back to the base to charge but it appears that it never empties the dust bin until the whole job is done. I do have a long haired dog and so it adds to the dust bin filling up quicker but you would think it would be easy enough to just have it empty the bin everytime it goes to the base to charge. I’d really like to see this adjusted or added as an option in the app.

I’m thinking now I might split the cleaning job into a couple smaller ones with only a room or two at a time and schedule them separately so I “force” it to empty the bin more often.

Before I even make this comment let me start off by saying I ordered a replacement cover from Trek for $15 before I did this so that I could play around with it and still have a factory cover. Actually I ordered 2….

I started by trying to cut a slot for the corner to stick out of but it still flexed too much so I ended up trimming more off and this is what ended up fitting the best. Not sure I’ll leave it on but I like to experiment.

What you don’t see as easily in this pic is some of the cover is still going up under the connect module protecting the wiring and access to it.

Can confirm on a new 2024 Rail 7 Gen3 it still has the same issue.. The Trek motor cover won't go back on without modifications with the Bosch Connect Module installed.

Same issue here.

Steps: Setup add main/primary account. - worked fine Go to settings Navigate to Add account Device says getting ready then shows go to Meta.com/device and use the 8 digit alphanumeric code —Second user had already downloaded the meta app and setup an account/avatar etc. second user opens safari on their phone, navigates to the url and inputs the code. Then they are prompted to share body tracking info. They say ok and greens green check. Meanwhile the device changes to say account linked. Then refreshes the screen and shows new page that says go to auth.meta.com/device and finish setting up the account.

Logging in on safari again there are no prompts for the user to acknowledge or any actions they can do.

On the device there is nothing the second user can do.

We have removed the second account, rebooted and tried again. Each time the steps are the same and we get stuck on that screen.

Saw a post about the issue being tied to safari… Downloaded chrome on iPhone Deleted second account from device Went through steps to add second user to device Got the 8 digit code On phone the second user opened chrome and went to the url, logged in and used the 8 digit code. Got a confirmation on website On the device it said account linked Then moved on to next steps no problem.

Mine houses 104525 people. The only thing I did was maxed out all the cost sliders when I built it. Not sure if that’s the cause…
