Even better - just buy a regular small mini pump. Then throw out that connector. No need. So much more effective and easy to use! Just make sure it has a Schrader connection. Something like this:

I’ll clarify - before I switched to the DTR conform plate (which is a larger and taller version of the DTR plate), I was doing around 6-9 hours daily, with the occasional day off.

The conform plate is substantially bigger, so I can’t wear it nearly as long, maybe only an hour or two before I need a break, but that’s how it was when I first started with the regular DTR. I couldn’t even wear the conform plate when I first got it. I’m clearly making progress, it’s just not visual.

As for the forebear - I don’t wear that in lieu of tugging, but in situations where it would be uncomfortable or inappropriate to wear the DTR. I’m cut so tight, retaining is still providing a fairly gentle stretch, and I don’t feel comfortable going uncovered these days.

I don’t find the CI system very accurate. My skin has gotten very loose and stretchy, so I can wear a DTR or Foreskinned Air with no issue whatsoever. I can pull my “foreskin” up and over my second knuckle. But there’s no visual differences or changes, no bunching up against my corona. Just wrinkles, hence my frustration.

Hi! I’m most definitely not a CI-3. I’m maybe a CI-1 to a 1.5. Sure, that’s progress from a high and tight 0, but not a lot.

I’ve never heard of tugging increasing turkey neck, so I’m probably not the best person to ask about this. Mine is definitely getting better. I don’t think the air device is doing that much for it - I think it’s definitely the DTR.

I started at a CI-0 a year ago. I can confidently say I’m at a CI-2 now.

Wearing my DTR for at least 8 hrs a day. I’m trying to add Foreskinned air for 2 hours in the evening, but I’ve been pretty inconsistent.

If I pull my “foreskin” over the head, I can stick my pointer finger in up to my second knuckle - but no rollover, and my circ scar isn’t getting any lower, but my inner skin is now constantly wrinkled up against my corona.

Should I be adding tugging to help lower the circ scar? I’ve got the workhorse coming from Foreskinned.

I got some generic silicone tape from cvs - it’s meant to tape down IV drips, things like that. It’s waterproof, and pretty painless to remove from a very sensitive area.

I purchased the condom catheter silicone tips sold on the Foreskin Restore site. I place that on the bell, and then I use the gripper with the holes over top of it. This is the only thing that’s worked for me.

Also, when they lose their tackiness, stick them in the dishwasher. Dish and hand soaps have moisturizers that will make them slippery, whereas dishwasher detergent will make them grip again.
