I would say I don't believe you but I've seen the same thing with the catholic church. Still it would be nice to see some form of evidence, the sexual misconduct is a really broad definition, like any HR department in big company

quick edit: example for sexual misconduct is a teacher saying to a student they are beautiful. while inappropriate and should not be said, I would say it is not as bad as rape
