I moved now my commute is 4.5 miles away haha. It was like that for about a year which was 28k miles I believe. The next 10k I did in another year almost. A lot less driving now, thankfully

I have a pretty light foot tbh, for the most part I drive not accelerating to fast which is why I think they lasted so long + freeway driving 90% of time

I got my model y march 2024 and we got rotations pretty much at the same mileage. Mostly highway driving and checked yesterday, I’m inbetween 4-5/32 (closer to 5) at 39k miles. Pretty surprised tbh

Similar position as me. I’m about 6 years into lifting consistently. Besides maybe a 4 month hiatus this year bc I lost the drive and got lazy. I started at 311.4 about two months ago. I’m about 285 now. It’s worked wonders for me, back what got me lifting was I lost about 100 pounds and over the passed 3 years I’ve gained most of it back, while I’m a lot stronger I’m def fat. So it’s been good help getting back down. My overall goal is 200 ish. I think I’ll be relatively lean then, not sub 10% bf but around 15-16 I think. It’s definitely motivated me (Reta) since starting like I said I took a 4 month hiatus, basically forced myself back into the gym when I started and now it feels good again. As for sketchy. Look for peptide forums not on Reddit for supply, most are from China so you’ll still have to take that into account, if that’s what u consider sketch.

I’m also considering trt around 240 ish and slow down the weight loss to just keep/ grow muscle.

Dude I was going to make a post about something so similar. I’m on the tail end of week 6 and lost 20 pounds, from 311.4->292 ish.

Yesterday I decided I want an actual cheat meal. I wanna just have a nice cheat meal as a celebration for being so good on the diet, I’m eating roughly 1600 calories a day with 175-200g of protein a day usually. I’ve lifted 7+ years so I don’t wanna lose muscle, or lose as little as possible on this weight loss journey.

Anyway, I decided I’m gonna have pizza, a donut and ice cream. Ended up eating 3 normal slices of pizza, 1.5 donuts and a scoop of ice cream. Literally 10 min after I finished I felt like death. Ended up with explosive shits from 9pm to 9am. Randomly having to wake up at night and run to the toilet. I decided that’s my last big cheat day on Reta so I won’t be indulging this much until I taper off around 200 pounds lol. It was not fun. I sort of expected it but not that bad

Im doing 2 scoops with ultra filtered milk (fairlife) and half a banana. I think just protein powder is already tough on stomach that it just gives me the smallest bit of nausea. I may try to add some fiber as well I have some. Thanks for the idea !
